Loyle Carner is back with unfiltered new single Hate, with a video directed by Greg Hackett and Carner himself. 

The concept shows the artist at the wheel of a car, coasting down a road whilst being hassled by an impatient driver behind him. The pressure comes to a head as he gets out to confront the antagonistic driver, whilst the camera pulls back to introduce several doppelgängers in the back seat, who all try to keep Carner from boiling over.

The video is charged with the anger, confusion and anxiety that make up the modern experience of being Black and British at this particular point in time, and is a stirring and thought-provoking watch.
