Directed by Liat Krongrad; this video for All Things Phasin' features a combination of retro animations; created by Aaron Warren from the group Black Dice, and handycam-style footage capturing dance performances from Elllyssa Taylor and Rebecca Sano, Warren's cousins.

The promo really works as a homage to 90s-style music videos, using visuals that look like early computer animations and superimposing Rusty and the dancers over them. 
Because the approach is so clear, the inclusion of low-res camera footage only adds to the effect.

Rusty and the dancers bring a happy (yet slightly awkward) atmosphere to the video, complementing the music very well.
