Zwo Eins Risiko 'Keine Macht Den Drögen' by Christian Baur & Leonardo Cosme
A few fans descend upon a private performance by rock outfit Zwo Eins Risiko, enjoying the show in the classic modern manner - by filming it on their smartphones. And then they cannot resist using their phones' tech toys to add to the experience.
Directors Christian Baur & Leonardo Cosme make the most of their limited resources by using phone-quality AR with a solid band performance for graphic impact, and also satirize how we consume live music nowadays.
CHRISTIAN BAUR & LEONARDO COSME:
"When the German newcomer Zwo Eins Risiko approached us we loved their clean and energetic approach to rock music. Bass guitar and drums as powerful as a full orchestra.
"As always budgets where super low but we just loved the song right from the start, so we thought about how we could create a music video with CGI worth of millions for a couple of Euros. And we found it in the shape of AR Apps! A soft hint at the absurdity of whole crowds watching bands live through your phones."
