Sola 'Save Yourself' by Savannah Setten
Savannah Setten portrays Sola's struggle against depression in the music video for Save Yourself. She says "it's about fighting your inner demons, knowing yourself worth and learning to love yourself through your flaws", as Sola herself features in the video, adorned with intricate jewelry, hairstyles and headpiece contrasting with the plain loose clothes she is wearing in the depth of nature.
“Hearing that Sola wrote the lyrics about overcoming depression, the visual idea for Save Yourself explores warped perception - when a person becomes entangled in negative emotion and their perception of themselves suffers as a result. The visual takes us on a journey through inner torment, reflection and ultimately finding new power to keep existing.”
