Take a dive into LA animation director Amanda Bonaiuto's wonderfully surreal, pelican-centric world, created for the benefit of the superbly named Rubblebucket.

There's a lot to love about this video - not least, the fantastic song, Annihilation Song. Bonaiuto's handdrawn universe is a combination of the experimental and soothing, and vaguely reminiscent of old school leftfield Brit animators like Bob Godfrey. Most importantly, there's pelicans.
