Shot during the band's America tour supporting Queens Of The Stone Age, the video was directed by Rowsell (her directing debut) and Brian Petchers, who says Space & Time is about being faced with life's obstacles and knowing that at some point you'll be looking back and it won't be as bad as it feels in that moment.
