Ina Wroldsen 'Sea' by Thor Brenne
Thor Brenne's video for Ina Wroldsen is a strikingly metaphorical retelling if a folk tale through dance.
In Norwegian folklore, The Nokken is a lethal water spirit who lures unsuspecing humans to their deaths. For Brenne's interpretation of Wroldsen's The Sea, it becomes one of a crew of bikers in a house overlooking the sea, whose twisting movements resemble a whirlpool, and drive the bikers to destruction.
