Laura Mvula covers a song made famous by The Fugees in the '90s, but brings out the pop-soul qualities of the original by The Delfonics in the '70s. And Carly Cussen's video for Ready Or Not (also the soundtrack for House Of Fraser's Christmas ad this year) does an excellent job in showcasing the singer as a star performer within a traditional studio performance.

It's full of energy, with lots of smart graphic ideas. Most importantly, Mvula's singular look, and her charisma shines through the video.
