Luxembourg indie-rock band Seed To Tree's song Until It Gets Better has been paired with this story of alienation by Ben Andrews. 

It follows the volatile life of a jaded middle-aged man who drinks during the day, owes money to a thugs and struggles to attract women. It's a visibly lonely existence. Working as a clown during the day, the man channels a bit of Pierrot-esque pathos by putting on his red sponge nose after getting painfully rejected and assaulted by strangers at night.

But after the downward spiral of dejection, the video ends on a slightly more positive note...
