Better in the Morning – the first single from Little Boots' third album Working Girl – is, in Little Boots' own words, "an ode to 'the walk of shame', the morning after the night before.” 

The video itself is a tongue-in-cheek number by stylist-turned-director Nova Dando, with hashtags such as #bornready and #pencilyouin and an aesthetic that resembles a fashion buyer app. It sees LB in a myriad of outfit options from last night's drunken, unkept look to today's stylish trenchcoat over a pale blue suit. It also features tell-tale elements of the walk of shame, such as the alcohol selection of the night prior and the morning after's breakfast options, exposing her hazy, hungover state when said elements converge.
