For the video for Bare Hunter's Esmerellda, director Oliver Malin had the bright idea of taking the band to Dino Golf in New Malden, Surrey, and placing some putters in their hands. But not before he'd set them alight.

Obviously they were completely insured...

OLIVER MALIN:

"The band approached me to work on a video for a host of tracks. I was sent three, and it just so happened that I was driving past Crazy Golf in New Malden, as I was listening to one specific track and the idea was born. The fire came later.

"The hardest part of the shoot was getting away with excessive fire creation without being busted by the bloke from Dino Golf. Thankfully he wanted to stay in the clubhouse as it was a bit cold!

"I've made lots of music videos, but this is my proudest piece of work to date. Other video I worked on have been for The Big Pink, Lovechilde, Communion Records & LA band Batwings Catwings. I hope to end up in Hollywood but not like John or James Belushi."
