Alt-J 'Left Hand Free (Version 2)' by Leblanc + Cudmore
Following Ryan Staake's previous promo for Left Hand Free, Alt-J and MVA-nominated Connie Meade have commissioned Michael Leblanc and Scott Cudmore (aka Leblanc + Cudmore) to direct a second video release for the radio hit single. And it's fun times - for most of the way.
It's set at a glamourous pool party - that's under protection by armed men with assault rifles. But this slightly surreal scenario - wonderfully photographed by Michael Leblanc himself - ends with a turn towards a chilling believability.
