So the World Cup is now over and the Germans have won it. And if that causes you a large pang of disappointment (for one or both reasons), here's something to ease the pain... before it all starts again in about three weeks time. 

Directors Alex Robinson and Daniel Boyle at Treat Studios created this small self-initiated project as a love letter to the beautiful game in the run-up to the Final. They say it was the perfect opportunity to mix business and pleasure, and they used a combination of CGI and traditional handmade animation techniques.
