Margarita Louca's nicely shot video for new group Formation, sees the group perform in a club where the audience find themselves lost in the moment.
Franz Ferdinand 'Fresh Strawberries' by Margarita Louca
There's something relaxing about Margarita Louca's accompaniment to Franz Ferdinand's Fresh Strawberries, as the camera tracks left and right more or less continuously, following the band members in deep thought, or trivial activity - and that in itself allows some of the bandmembers rather edgy personalities to peek though - especially as the weird stuff starts happening...
Margarita says: "The video is a homage to the purposefully mundane, exploring the idea of indeterminacy; the existential crises of an individual ‘ripening’, facing the vast emptiness of the self while searching for meaning. Elements touched upon by the lyrics are alluded to throughout."
