Making Rizzle Kicks' new video for Lost Generation was no ordinary video shoot. Every member of the crew - including director Jamie Thraves, was shadowed by a young person on work experience.

The band, and Jamie's production company HSI London worked with GoThinkBig, a work placement strategy that invited young people who want to get into the industry to be part of the film crew. Thousands applied to work on the shoot, more than 60 young people were selected to take part.

And here's the excellent Behind The Scenes film about the video shoot, which tells the whole story and particularly focusses on Jamie and his shadow director, 19 year old Charlotte Regan.
