Natalie Duncan 'Find Me A Home' by Joe Elliott
Jimmy Brown - 1st Oct 2012
"I wanted to make a tense tale of 2 journeys" says Joe Elliott on his beautifully shot and dramatic promo for Natalie Duncan's smokey torch ballad Find Me A Home.
"I wanted a piece that was really cinematic - playing on the shadows and the city - with a mysterious figure closing in on Natalie. Inspiration for this came directly from the track itself.
"We shot most of the video on steadicam too because I felt really smooth, considered camera work suited the idea and the track. Sam did a great job on the cinematography. It was shot over 2 nights.
"We turned the whole project around in 2 weeks and shot entirely in Central London. We used a low-loader for Natalie's driving scenes which was great fun, rinsing around London on a Friday night at 2 in the morning!"
