BBC Music Video Festival 2012: Ixabo, Vaetxh, No One Remains Virgin, Piatcions
It's time again for another look at the submissions to The BBC Music Video Festival 2012. With everyone in the Olympic spirit, we thought we'd take a brief look at some of our international entries, before we carry on looking at the UK's regional content.
From Israel, we have 2012 Eurovision entrants Izabo with their endearing fusion of stop-motion and time-lapse that they've decided to call "nonstop motion". It's nice to great a street's eye view of Tel Aviv, with some excellent location shots and a good handful of charm.

I've no idea how Bristol based electronic musician Vaetxh met with German artist and animator Henning M. Lederer, but I'm glad it happened. The monochrome, almost etching like nature of the visuals really click with the glitch and shuffle of Vaetxh.

If you like your animation odder and infinitely more sexual, then maybe Under the Lion's Crouch by No One Remains Virgin is more your cup of tea. From China, it's one of the odder things you'll see this week.

And finally for today, we've got Thee Piatcions comic tale of intergalactic love from Italy, which exudes 80's fam'ly sci-fi, and features the band playing in the stars. As you do.
