Neneh Cherry gives one of her trademark maverick performances in Ted Said's promo for Dream Baby Dream - whilst flicking elastic bands at windchimes, highlighting the odd nature of the track.

"The idea just followed on from some of the conversations with Neneh about how free she felt now compared to other times in her career " explains Ted. "So this led to constraining the optimism in the the songs lyrics and Neneh's performance.

"As in real life though, Neneh also has a no nonsense vibe about her so when constrained she's quick to shake it off.

"The shoot and edit was quite labour intensive. When each shot is one or two objects against a white background they have to react to the music very precisely and nothing can be left to accident.

"Also shooting everything macro is a massive fiddle - you'd be surprised how hard it it is to flick lacky bands on target - in focus. I have to be very grateful for everyones patience".
