Chris Keenan and Steven Spencer deliver this utterly charming puppetry and animation promo for Goodnight Lenin's organic acoustic ballad Wenceslas Square.

The Birmingham band act as puppet masters for the marionette lovers as they journey through the seasons.

"We designed the puppets and sets - choosing to keep marionette faces blank for the shooting stage - allowing us to composite 3D animated eyes and mouth onto them in post, giving the impression of a much more complex marionette and one which we could add emotion to via the eyes.

"All the action unfolds from our puppet box theatre, with scenes changing via the seasons as the two characters journey to meet each other".
