The Ramshackle Union Band's video for Overboard by Arran Shearing was made by printing individual frames from a performance piece and then re photographing the frames around London on 35mm stills and Canon 5D stills.

Something like this might have been done before, but it's impressively done by Arran, a Canadian now living in London.
