"I started to create content for the live arena as a way of giving life to graphical ideas that may never have otherwise seen the light of day," David explains.

"This project's musical participants have treated their submissions in a similar way, making the calendar an opportunity to air musical phrases and experiments that never made it into fully-formed songs; an outlet for unrealised ideas. Hope you enjoy this alternative countdown to Christmas."
