Young filmmaker Casey Antwis's video for The Lost Souls Club's I Know I Spoke Too Soon is a celebration of natural beauty - of the spectacular Derbyshire hills where it was shot, and the girl who runs through them.

This is Casey's first video, and it's an impressive debut. "It was shot over two evenings on the 7D and glidecam 2000 using canon 10-22, sigma 30 and samyang 85," he explains. "Massive thanks to Lila Arora who spent hours running around in bare feet and almost caught hyperthermia."
