No-one in a full head bandage a la The Elephant Man should be that successful with the ladies, but anything is pretty much within the realms of possibility in this beautifully-directed vid for Icelandic seven-piece outfit Hjaltalín by Arni Thor Jonsson for the band's new single, Sweet Impressions.
Apparently do-it-yourself cosmetic surgery has taken off since the credit crunch...
