There's a video within a video in this photographically-inventive promo for Brighton band Belleruche by Jamie Roberts, who makes the most of the wilds of Dungeness, London lights and some old-school 16mm film equipment, from a Bolex H16 to processor to projector, and some ViewMasters thrown in for good measure.

And according to Jamie, the inspiration for the video was very close to home. "Belleruche and our skeleton crew holed up in a cottage in Dungeness for a weekend," he says. "We got rained on half the time we were there, for the other half we shot the promo. The additional 16mm processing was shot at the no.w.here lab in East London. The processor in the video often keeps me awake at night as it's situated below my bedroom. It rumbles like a ferry liner hence its never very far away from my thoughts."
