In contrast to their earlier promo for Devil's Spoke - filmed in the 35 degree heat of Goa - the directing duo Fred & Nick take Laura Marling to the icy cold English Channel at Brighton for the acoustic ballad Rambling Man. And they found a hardy soul to actually brave the waters.

Lensed by a dry-suited Jonas Mortensen and graded by Aubrey Woodiwiss, Fred & Nick bring out the stark introspection of Marling's musings to beautiful effect. And if sending someone into freezing water isn't enough there's drama here too.
