Early in the day I found out that the guitarist had shingles and would only be able to come down to the location for 20 minutes. And while on the phone to him, a group of kids ran off with the Panda head, which resulted in real chase. After catching up with them I convinced them the costume would be better used in the video rather than as their gang mascot."
