Feel Like A Rocket was completed earlier this summer in just five weeks, created in cel-style Flash-animation with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Maya backgrounds in an AfterEffects composite. Fons did the compositing and 3D work, as well coming up with the concept. And like Roel Wouters' awesome zZz video for Grip it benefited from support from Netherland's official music video fund, TAX-videoclipfonds.

It's beautiful work - and Fons is speaking at Pictoplasma NYC, a conference on contemporary animation design and art being held in New York this weekend. More info (and drool-inducing visuals) here. Other speakers include the charming young Irishman David O'Reilly.
