Kula Shaker's Drink Tea by Model Robot
David Knight - 11th Jan 2008
International Tea Day is December 14th but, inexplicably, we missed it. But obviously every day is tea-drinking day - or it bloody well should be. And yet we hear that there's a new beverage called coffee which is now becoming quite popular. And its not even Nescafé!
Okay, many of us do enjoy a skinny double-shot latte of a morning. But there is a serious point here somewhere, about Englishness and stuff. Which is why Kula Shaker and Jason and Sean at Model Robot have employed respected dead author Mr Orwell to be their spokesperson. And it's got a lovely Terry Gilliam thing going on too.
