Ian Perlman's video for the band Body Language's You Can comes with an intriguing backstory of an extremely wealthy family called the Flynns. But its far from a straight narrative, rather an enjoyably impressionistic psychodrama. 
"The original core of the video was about this extremely wealthy family, The Flynns," Ian explains about the video, that was shot at the very grand Sands Point Preserve in Port Washington, NY (Long Island) over the course of three days. "With their eldest son, Leo (Robert Mann) newly married, the family purchases the castle for him and his younger brother Garrett (Nick Uhas). 
"Garrett represents Leo's reckless Casanova past, which his wife Melanie (Trice Christiansen) hopes he has finally grew out of. BUt she leaves Leo once she learns that he is still the child that he once was, and sends him into a helpless frenzy. This is the one time his wealth cannot save him or fix the situation..."
