Franz Ferdinand reunite with AB/CD/CD for the title track&nbsp;from the forthcoming new album, and move to the next level.The mesmerizing video for Always Ascending showcases the band&#39;s new line-up with a video that never stops moving, firstly around the band, and then, appropriately enough, continuously&nbsp;upwards, revealing new combinations of the band in performance.It&#39;s Paris-based directing duo&nbsp;AB/CD/CD&#39;s first video since joining <a href="http://forever-pictures.com/" target="_blank">Forever</a> for UK representation, joining up again with Forever EP Sasha Nixon,&nbsp;and it&#39;s their second project with Franz following the acclaimed video for Johnny Delusional.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Franz frontman Alex Kapranos says: &ldquo;We&rsquo;re happy to now be Always Ascending on the screen, with AB/CD/CD capturing the mood of the song and likenesses of the band in perfect detail. This is pretty much a typical Sunday afternoon round at Franz Ferdinand&rsquo;s flat.&rdquo;

The opening salvo in a series of videos for French producer Tommy Jacob&#39;s&nbsp;Project 001 by Matthieu Jacobs at Tramp Studio is a one shot featuring dancer L&#39;Homme Bleu, whose easy, agile movements light up a Paris evening.Jacobs does an impressive job creating something cinematic with the dancer&#39;s performance, and using the energy of the location, a residential suburb where locals drift wander past in the distance. That gives the piece of something special happening while grounded in the everyday. &nbsp;

And Paris-based&nbsp;AB/CD/CD have made a characteristic FX-fired delight, with&nbsp;a series of loops that capture every member of group - all four Franzers, and the two Mael brothers - caught at various stages of delusion, as they attempt&nbsp;to seduce a beautiful girl.&nbsp;Its also closely aligned to the music, repeating itself in regular time, the chairs and characters change position every time the camera makes a circuit. The video&#39;s impact is in it&#39;s duplication; the video spins, the narrative unfolds, and&nbsp;ends in crescendo...
