Allie Avital Tsypin of Brooklyn-based creative team BANGS has directed this music video for Alex Winston&#39;s Careless. Inspired in part by the Robert Altman movie&nbsp;3 Women,&nbsp;Tsypin described it as&nbsp;&#39;&#39;the subverted pop video of our dreams.&#39;&#39;&nbsp;It sees Winston earnestly singing&nbsp;her tune to the viewer:&nbsp;a classic ingredient in&nbsp;any pop video. However the video is a bit odd in that&nbsp;it was shot&nbsp;in a Jewish Community Center in Queens, with&nbsp;elderly&nbsp;onlookers just doing their thing,&nbsp;completely indifferent to her act playing out. They, it appears, are the careless ones.&nbsp;
