The remarkable&nbsp;experimental design and animation skills of London-based Weirdcore, finds a brilliant outlet in his latest video for Tame Impala&#39;s Cause I&#39;m A Man.Weirdcore creates a highly imaginative vision of masculinity - including all&nbsp;the imaginative limitations of a typical male - while also paying homage to some great music-based design of the past.&nbsp;In particular, there&#39;s a huge nod to the&nbsp;legendary album artwork of Hipgnosis, behind iconic covers for Pink Floyd, T.Rex, UFO and many others. And as he explains below, he worked in a new way in 3D to make it happen.&nbsp;Prepare to be sucked-in and hypnotised by this wonderfully crafted universe, for an instant&nbsp;psychedelic soft rock classic.&nbsp;

Tame Impala 'Cause I'm A Man' by Weirdcore

The Presets&rsquo; Fall has presented Clemens Habicht with the opportunity to put the band&rsquo;s Julian Hamilton and Kim Moyes through the ultimate physical drop &ndash; a skydive thousands of feet above the Spanish Costa Brava, out of skydiving hub Empuriabrava.The resulting video is pure skydive thrills &ndash; and, okay, that isn&rsquo;t really Julian and Kim. The skydivers are Gregory Crozier and Karine Joly, who are wearing masks of the Presets duo. The band had 3D scans made for their album cover, and Clemens and his team used the scans to print 3D masks. From these, they made silicon masks which the divers wore&hellip;

An ambitious, highly accomplished VFX extravaganza for Cut Copy&rsquo;s new single Blink And You&rsquo;ll Miss A Revolution by young director Emile Sornin &ndash; involving body parts of the Canadian outfit reanimated for the entertainment of indie rock-loving inhabitants of the Planet of the Apes&hellip;&ldquo;Emile has been working on this concept for a while, doing tests at home and at Division, and we were waiting for the right tune and band to present this idea,&rdquo; says producer Jules De Chateleux, from Division Paris. &ldquo;Finally it all made sense with Cut Copy, and then we developed the idea further to fit to the track.
