Bianca S Poletti presents a futuristic visual for LA-based duo King Pari's Mary.&nbsp;In a retro-futuristic social space, we see two characters - played by&nbsp;Horace Gold and&nbsp;Allison Goldfarb - build&nbsp;the beginnings of a relationship through abstract moments in their subconscious, and surreal snapshots in the real world.&nbsp;"This is a film about a guy who can’t escape his imagination, which is filled with vibrant colors, neon-lit elements, and haunted memories of his ex," explains Poletti.Completely refreshing in its approach, the unusual setups and cinematography add to the allure of the visual, and the styling and makeup elevate the preternatural, ethereal&nbsp;vibes.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Bianca Poletti's video for singer-songwriter&nbsp;Collin Desha, aka&nbsp;Low Hum, captures the crazy, mixed-up weirdness of relationships, and fittingly for a song called Escape, the urge to get away, in a series of meaningful, painterly set-pieces featuring an interconnected&nbsp;ensemble of actors.&nbsp;"It's a story about a group of runaways shedding layers of their past self with the intention of rebuilding and the dream of a new beginning," says Poletti.

A girl is forced to face different versions of herself and accept what it truly means to be alone, in Bianca Poletti's video for Helado Negro.&nbsp;Starring&nbsp;Genna Moroni, the concept for the video for Please Won't Please is a minimalist vision of the pandemic's effect on our mental health, and the strength it inspires to carry on regardless.&nbsp;Authentic and meditative, the&nbsp;introspective choreography is captured in beautiful detail by DoP Eric Smith, who matches the energy with slow and steady camera movements and creative composition.&nbsp;

Bianca Poletti directs an otherworldly step into a man's psyche, in the video for Graveyard Club's&nbsp;Dreamland.&nbsp;Haunted by the memories of a failed relationship, the man (played by Travis Grant) is transported to a neon-hued parallel world, joined by the girl of his dreams (Matilda Sakamoto).Every frame of the visual is hypnotic and wistful, reminiscent of vaporwave aesthetics and vibrant daydreams. The locations are basically characters themselves, framing the video firmly in a make-believe land, clashing with the few moments of the real world we get to experience in the concept.&nbsp;Choreography is the other main element in Dreamland, a mix between contemporary and interpretive, beautifully choreographed by Sakamoto, who shows her skills in both creating and performing the dance on-screen.&nbsp;

Wafia celebrates a new chapter in her life in Eugene McMahon's&nbsp;lockdown video for Pick Me.&nbsp;Utilising a block colour background and a variety of self-shot footage, Wafia relaxes into a new way of life, away from worries about men or work. Instead, she is connecting with her friends over video call, hanging out as they each&nbsp;spend their days doing something they love.&nbsp;Like many lockdown videos, the locations and setups are obviously kept to a minimum, given the nature of shooting options right now. That said, each performance feels refreshingly understated and intimate, a nice contrast to the dance-challenge videos that populated our feeds at the start of lockdown.&nbsp;
