Ollie Wolf collabs with People Just Do Nothing stars Kurupt FM in the shimmery promo for Summertime, featuring Craig David.&nbsp;Reimagining Miami with a South London vibe, Wolf shows the&nbsp;boys 'poolside', before revealing it's all green screen trickery in a car showroom forecourt&nbsp;that's making the magic.&nbsp;Featuring a tongue-in-cheek narrative and plenty of space for the guys to stretch their comedy chops, it's a video tailor-made for summer vibes, and a brilliant follow up to <a href="https://www.promonews.tv/videos/2017/04/03/kurupt-fm-ft-ed-sheeran-comic-relief-ben-ross/47126">Kurupt FM and Bullion's Comic Relief collab back in 2017.</a>“It felt very Kurupt and luckily, the boys agreed," explains Ollie Wolf.&nbsp;"As a huge fan of the show, it was a joy to film especially, the car salesman scene; he nailed it and it still gets me every time.”[imgtoken data:1] &nbsp;

Ali Kurr visualises a sexy Nineties fever dream in her video for Bree Runway's Little Nokia.&nbsp;With the song name-checking&nbsp;one of the most iconic - and indestructable - phones ever on the market, the promo sees Runway being interrupted by a&nbsp;Nokia 3310 every time she tries to get intimate with her man.&nbsp;Cutting to a grungy garage, a spiked mohican-sporting Bree hangs from the roof, before mounting a mechanical bull, artfully refashioned to&nbsp;resemble a giant Nokia. It's a feast of nostalgia with an edgy and dark undertone, and the reference to 1983 body horror Videodrome in the final scene is a perfect way to polish off the concept.&nbsp;Strikingly shot by DoP&nbsp;Amelia Hazlerigg, the aesthetic is perfectly balanced between commercial and quirky, with just a touch of creepy to keep viewers on their toes.&nbsp;“For this video I wanted to pay homage to the MTV greats," says Kurr, "But blend and package them together so it feels totally fresh and unique.” Job done.

Legendary producer Four Tet has released his first music video in fourteen years, a vivacious piece of constructed reality by Joanna Nordahl.&nbsp;The innovative video follows two best friends out on a rager at Ally Pally: pre-drinking,&nbsp;revelling at Four Tet's mammoth comeback gig,&nbsp;and running around the venue’s empty corridors. Four Tet has a particular resonance for Londoners who came of age at the turn of the millennium, and Nordahl's affection for the music is tangible in these little experiences.The gig itself is a piece of magic, supported by a staggering installation of 40,000 lights by visual collective Squidsoup. The obvious choice would have been to try and match the majesty of this event with boisterous, coverage-heavy photography. But by honing in on these girls - real or fictional - the video immerses us in an authentic stadium experience. The sight of one of the girls emptying her entire bag out onto the bathroom floor (to find her phone) will elicit a sigh of recognition from anyone who has ever gone to Alexandra Palace.Nordahl had the nerve to document this complete anomaly of an event on Super 16mm. The format is not only famously unforgiving, but also a pretty brave choice considering the limitations on run time. Thanks to Ryan Marie Helfant, the DoP behind delicate, luminescent visuals&nbsp;for Solange and Kadhja Bonet, the decision paid off. See for yourself.
