"Some pretty big production required such as sticking a half naked guy on top of a huge truck and effectively shutting down Chinatown to shoot a performance scene," explains Peters. "Somehow we crammed the entire production in to one super long day with four locations."

"Nothing to do but party I thought," says Luti. "Somehow we did that and shoot this video at the same time courtesy of Canon's beautiful little invention, the 5D. Very little in this video was actually staged. This is basically reality TV music video."

The new Skunk Anansie video sees Ben Foley back in business with an idea that explores 'what if' vignettes through living stills. And unusually, the focus is on each bandmember, not just Skin.
"Initially the band wrote a treatment with the idea of them each struggling with different vices," Ben explains. "It was important that the video featured the whole band equally so this was a good way to go. 
"I didn't want to make a video which is your basic acting narrative cut with performance. An early scene concept featured Skin in bed with different partners. To get this idea across with a bit of class and style I referenced the sex scene in My Own Private Idaho, in which the actors pose, frozen in time to get the idea across. 
"So, with limited budget, three rewrites and only six days to prep we spent the shoot shouting at everyone to keep still. It was quite surreal!"
