Tanu Muiño takes us on a surreal trip behind-the-scenes of a vaudevillian travelling circus, in this whimsical promo for Harry Styles.&nbsp;The video acts as a final farewell to the Harry's House album campaign, which has brought with&nbsp;it a string of hits and videos - including the massive hit and multi-awardwinning Muino-directed video&nbsp;for <a href="https://www.promonews.tv/videos/2022/04/14/harry-styles-it-was-tanu-muino/75920">As It Was</a>&nbsp;- although it was actually shot a year ago.&nbsp;[imgtoken data:1]&nbsp;&nbsp;The theatrical, larger-than-life energy seen on Styles's&nbsp;international tour is on full display here, as he takes on the role of showman, interacting with different performers in a cheeky, happy-go-lucky way. Henry Scholfield has the answer: you get together with Stormzy, and you make another London classic.Vossi Bop, first single from the new Stormzy album, inspires the first collaboration between director and artist, with the big man in some iconic London locations (starting on a deserted Westminster Bridge),&nbsp;featuring some gobsmacking moves (lounging on the bonnet of a moving car, naturally), and another cameo from&nbsp;Idris Elba, for good measure.Transitioning from epic scene to epic scene with the smoothness that characterised Boasty, and an intensity that never falters, Stormzy dominates the screen, as he shares it with his crew of all ages, with his customary easygoing charisma. And Scholfield, with his trademark combination of flair, musicality and meticulous eye, directs another superbly entertaining work.It's a real statement of intent, from start to finish - achieved, remarkably, in ten working days from sign-off to delivery. Glenn Paton has delivered&nbsp;a new video for Chase &amp; Status for&nbsp;All Goes Wrong that sees the singer Tom Grennan&nbsp;performing from&nbsp;an open casket in the ground.The clip&#39;s Sliding Doors-style structure&nbsp;delivers a story with&nbsp;two alternative outcomes. After&nbsp;a heated&nbsp;argument between Tom and&nbsp;his girlfriend, he&nbsp;leaves in a rage and everything gets worse from there. One thing leads to another, and when his girlfriend tries to break up a fight he&#39;s got himself into, then we really feel the tragic consequences of the negative spiral created by their&nbsp;initial conflict.It&#39;s a hard-hitting message&nbsp;-&nbsp;especially after we witness the alternative outcome&nbsp;had Tom just stuck it out&nbsp;with his girlfriend&nbsp;to patch&nbsp;things up.&nbsp;

After the fun and games at Crystal Palace swimming pool for <a href="http://www.promonews.tv/videos/2016/06/21/kaiser-chiefs-parachute-ed-sayers" target="_blank">Parachute</a>, Ed Sayers takes&nbsp;Kaiser Chiefs for another day out, with very watchable results.For Hole In My Soul the band, director and crew headed for Knockhill Race Track in Scotland, and all the band - not just&nbsp;singer Ricky Wilson, the high-diving hero of Parachute &ndash; don the gear, and get behind the wheels of a set of souped-up Honda Civics to burn some rubber.Once again, a sense of fist-pumping fun is evident in the whole enterprise, and that&#39;s&nbsp;wholly appropriate for&nbsp;this unabashed arena-friendly&nbsp;anthem. It&#39;s expertly filmed too, and a reminder that watching people racing fast cars is never going to be boring if its done properly. You just need the right people behind the wheel.&nbsp;Ricky for Top Gear, perhaps?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

The Kaiser Chiefs are back, and Ed Sayers has singer Ricky Wilson&nbsp;vying for approval from his bandmates from the diving board.It&#39;s a fun, warm and colourful video that sees Wilson take on some high-dives in a set of progressively more ridiculous costumes (we&#39;re talking sky diver through to superhero by way of Victorian Bird Man here).We&#39;re also treated to some underwater lip-sync, which is no mean feat, and the whole thing (bar the opening shot) is in 4:3 aspect ratio - possibly a little nod to Sayers&#39; Super 8 roots (he&#39;s the founder and maestro behind the Straight 8 competition).&nbsp;We invited Ed to shed a little more light on the production...

Something a bit different for a Jon Hopkins video - a performance video. In a&nbsp;smoky, dimly-lit space, Rob Chiu directs featured artist Lulu James for We Disappear, and keeps&nbsp;it a compelling watch with minimal changes. It&#39;s all about the smoke, the subtle changes of light, and Lulu&#39;s vocal and dance performance.And we asked Rob a few questions about the making of the video...How did you come up with the fairly unusual idea for Jon Hopkins of doing a performance video?&nbsp;Jon gave me a brief that detailed specific colours and the word nocturnal. Although he was open-minded to any approach he did mention that he was interested in something quite surreal and performance-based over something narrative. I am usually drawn automatically towards a narrative approach so it was interesting for me to personally explore something very different from what I usually do.What was the key to making a minimalist performance video stay compelling all the way through?Before we shot, myself and Jon discussed the timings in the track and how to create a build and to maintain interest throughout. For example utilising elements such as Lulu stepping out of the smoke to her wearing different costumes to using the rotating lens that spins through 360&ordm;. We wanted to keep it interesting and mysterious with Lulu emerging from the fog and then eventually disappearing back in with us never really getting a traditional look at her.Where did you shoot? Seems like you used a lot of smoke and that could make it difficult to work. Was that one of the main challenges you faced?We shot in a car park in South London which was apparently used for some scenes in Skyfall. It was a challenge to shoot with smoke and to achieve the organic nature of her costume so that it appeared to be blowing in the wind.We ended up in some set ups with Lulu on a rotating turntable, the camera spinning 360&ordm; and then 4 people holding her dress out of frame flapping the fabric around to resemble wind! Pretty insane!
