Claryn Chong co-direct the breezy&nbsp;promo for Pressure with singer-songwriter dexter - who's also the star of this engaging show.&nbsp;Perfectly capturing a sense of laidback nostalgia, the concept sees the artist travelling around the car-free streets of East London&nbsp;on a bike, and hanging out with friends on a high-rise balcony.&nbsp;Utilising jump cuts and sneaky transitions, the video has a playful vibe that reflects life's&nbsp;whimsical, dreamlike moments, and celebrates the feelgood vibes of the track. Artemas heads to Southend-on-Sea in Racer's dreamy visual for Favourite.&nbsp;In the directing team's latest for the writer-producer,&nbsp;following the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.promonews.tv/videos/2021/11/23/artemas-real-life-racer/73943" target="_blank">Real Life</a>&nbsp;video a few months ago, we see two characters - played by Zoe Newton Kisly (who also produced the video) and&nbsp;Anthony Idahosa - enjoy all the fun of Southend's Adventure Island, winning a bounty of tickets at the arcades, climbing trees and falling in love at the karaoke bar. And all this happens while they are wearing T-Rex masks.&nbsp;The eccentric concept lends a gently humourous vibe to the video, whilst the nostalgic cinematography harks back to home videos of family holidays spent next to the sea.&nbsp;Nothing like a good T-Rex love story to get over the midweek hump...&nbsp;

Prosper Unger-Hamilton turns alt-J's trip to the skatepark into an acid-fuelled fever dream for U&amp;ME, the first release from the band's long-awaited fourth album.Inspired by '90s skate videos, Unger-Hamilton - brother of bandmember Gus - incorporates inspired use of visual effects into his lo-fi footage filmed at Romford skatepark, riffing&nbsp;on the classic&nbsp;paranoia of the stoned skater, both before and after a horrible faceplanting smash by singer&nbsp;Joe Newman.With gigantic bowls, towering ramps, incoming twisters and&nbsp;crumbling asphalt, Unger-Hamilton visualises some unspoken skater-fears in a mesmeric, dreamlike style&nbsp;reminiscent&nbsp;of early DANIELS and BRTHR videos.And as well as achieving that rarity of having alt-J themselves appearing in their own video, he even gets a murmur of lipsync in there too, from the facially-injured Newman.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Dan French directs a heartfelt promo for rising star Michael Aldag.&nbsp;The video for Tonsillitis features all of the mainstays of a pop ballad video - a broken relationship, snapshots of painful memories - yet reframes them with unique&nbsp;imagery and motifs, through symbolism, colour palettes&nbsp;and locations.&nbsp;Aldag's performance section boasts a beautifully shot setup as he plays the piano, with unusual camera angles to keep things fresh and authentic.&nbsp;

New directing duo The Madley Brothers deliver a cool showcase for bedroom-pop newcomers Wynona’s debut single Get Back To Myself, featuring lead singer Natalie in a domestic setting, but uncomfortable in her surroundings.&nbsp;In several well-composed set-ups, shot by DoP Adam Singodia, the video reflects the mood of the song by a band who were repatriated to the UK from their base in Japan at the start of the pandemic last year.&nbsp;"We wanted to explore the uneasiness of not feeling like yourself and the disconnection and stillness that ensues," explain the Madley Brothers.&nbsp;"It’s introspective and quiet, yet the desperation can’t help but bubble over the surface."
