Marion Bergin creates a showcase for London singer songwriter Genevieve's debut single Dreams, combining the singer's sensuality with the grittiness of the city.Premiering this week on Wonerland Magazine, Dreams is the ambitious debut single from London born and based singer/songwriter Genevieve. With a synth-folk sound the song is imbued with nimble crescendoing vocals and rich complexity.In “Dreams’ Genevieve&nbsp;sheds light on a challenging relationship trying to find balance. Penned in the heart of the city overlooking London, the video was shot on location at The Barbican - mostly on the 42nd floor -&nbsp;interplaying&nbsp;feminine textures of skin and chiffon and bold architectural lines. The contrasting visual serves to communicate the polarity of dream states and reality.This video comes hot of the back of Marion Bergin's short films And The People,&nbsp;premiering on Dazed in May and Saorise, a doc on Dublin's inner city horse culture, premiering on Nowness start of October.

The second in an Apple-funded series of four videos shot for Little Boots&#39;s new disco-pop direction by Marion Bergin, matches Little Boots to Greek-style statues and busts, with video effects and pictures within pictures.It&#39;s a new twist&nbsp;on old school pop gloss to reflect&nbsp;the paradox of Eros - when you possess what you desire&nbsp;the power of attraction is lost.&nbsp;&quot;The video focusses on the interplay between reality and dreams, love met and unrequited,&quot; says Bergin, who has drawn on&nbsp;her fashion industry background (she launched the fashion brand Bitching and Junkfood) and previous experience&nbsp;in styling and creative direction.&nbsp;
