From an idea developed by the director and Timberlake, we have the tension of a tempestuous relationship between the singer and Riley Keough, intercut with JT performing the most unlikely lipsycing while being dragged off the back a truck &ndash; driven by his rather annoyed girlfriend.That&#39;s impressive stuntwork, quite possibly by Timberlake himself.&nbsp;And then comes the narrative&nbsp;coup de grace: absolutely no way out for JT. Looks like&nbsp;it was the bad sex in the kitchen that set her off... &nbsp;&nbsp;

Hockey discover some choice vintage audio gear to record things - like a handshake, or bubbles - as opposed to sounds, in Skinny's video for the very hooky Song Away. 
That, and its relaxed, freeflowing feel makes this a very cool video indeed. Skinny are Dori Oskowitz, David Hache and Marc-Edouard Leon, whose previous work includes vids for Devendra Banhart and Felix the Housecat, and tour visuals for Marina And The Diamonds.

The recent news from Iceland make Ace Norton's promo for Felix Caral's synth-rocking Volcano strangely topical. 
"Where in the world is Dan Rather Growing up, my family would put on the CBS evening news every single night while we ate dinner" explains Ace. "When CBS fired him, I didn't realize how comforting his voice was until it wasn't there. With all this coverage about the volcano in Iceland, it only seemed right to give the man one last broadcast.
"The video was a real family affair - we shot it on a shoestring budget and pulled favours from friends and family. Chuck Church, my neighbour doubled as both set PA and as the actor in the Hawaiian Tshirt. Brad Golden, my writing partner, played the guy with the clunky oversized glasses. All the singing lips are actually mine because I was the only person who knew the lyrics to the song... "

"To me, there?s beauty in embracing the inner idiot," Ace explains. "That's kind of what this video is about - the creativity that spawns from boredom - the idea of taking a bunch of useless inventions, brainfarts, and silly afterthoughts and making a performance out of it. 
"I guess it's my way of mocking all the vestigial crap that exists around us - the advertisements, the products, the snuggies, all the things we don't NEED but seem to WANT so bad. Stupidity can be a true art form and I hope I captured it accurately."
