If that wasnt enough, a cricket bat slices off the front of Rory&#39;s face to reveal maggots and chicken livers...

A dancing couple 'glide' effortlessly down the cobbled back-streets of London in Franck Trebillac's wonderfully cool promo to DJ Shadow's Listen. The stop-motion extravaganza used thousands of stills to create the brilliant, seamless effect. 
"This really was an ambitious project but I like a challenge. I don't remember the exact number but over 10,000 pictures where taken over the course of 3 long nights," explains Franck.
"But I was lucky enough to work with an amazing team and everything went smoothly. It's only when the project was done that I realised that the song was featuring Terry Reid, and to me that was an absolute honour to do a video for two such inspiring artists."

"I never think too much about where a video treatment ends up once it's escaped from my clutches. I'm usually too busy chasing the next commission or celebrating getting my life back. Anyhow, one of my ideas made its way in front of the eyes of one Phillipp Kirkorov. 
"He got in touch and asked if I would like to make a video for him out in LA. 'I am the Michael Jackson of Russia' he told me. This was one of the most eventful, fun, strange and well documented productions of my career so far. Those crazy Russians!"

Jimi Crayon's second video for Graffiti 6 is for the summery pop of Stare Into The Sun (currently being used to advertise The Sun) and focuses on the strong nature of the lyric.
The video uses costumes, surroundings and action to narrate the words, and Jimi says: "We had so much to do on the day and everyone was fantastic, but the cast needed to really concentrate to make sure they hit their marks and that everything happened at the right time. 
"We literally had time for one or two run-throughs for each sequence before we had to shoot, its amazing how quickly people pick things up, especially once they're a bit tipsy."
The promo had a UK exclusive on Myspace and a US exclusive on AOL - but it's already proving a hit on YouTube, with hundreds of favourable comments.

"So when this sure-fire radio hit found it's way into my headphones, I knew right away that I wanted to take Kirsty into a realm of gothic fairytale," Andy says. "I'd had an idea kicking around for a while whereby the artist would perform with marionette skeletons so I pretty much wrote the script around that. Then lo and behold when the press shots came through, there was a shot of Kirsty posing with a marionette skeleton! 'A sign' I thought... 
"Later down the line Kirsty told me she actually hated that particular picture, but she didn't let that stop us going ahead and making this kooky little number..."

Superbly-shot and moody showcase for the soulful stylings the Phenomenal Hand Clap Band by Stephen Agnew - with a shocking final twist. 
Shot in upstate New York, Stephen - who has just signed to RedJam Productions - and DoP Sam Goldie have recreated that late Sixties bucolic Woodstock feel, with an added sense of the madness of the times - through the edit and the gory climax.

"The band and myself had decided that visually we wanted to go with the retro feel of the song but counterpoint its softness with some quite dark visuals and a fast choppy edit. With this in hand, Sam Goldie and myself headed out to New York. We locked down a location at Paddy Boom's house in upstate New York and used that as a base to go and find locations.
"The whole thing was fairly run and gun but luckily the area kept throwing weird abandoned houses, creepy empty sheds and beautiful forests for us to shoot in. Sam really outdid himself on the shoot, capturing everything in all its gory glory.
"I have to give a big thank you to Adam Farley and Anthony Shurmer at Spring69 for doing such an excellent job on production on this side of the pond, and Sasha Vine for producing things in New York. Mary and Debs at Redjam for sorting out a grade and Aiden Farrell at the Farm for doing it. Finally a special thank you to Andy Soup for well pretty much everything."

"One night watching the Phenomenal Hand Clap Band (and how the vocalist reminded me of one of the Muppets) got me thinking as to how no one has made a good muppet vid for a while and then that was it - Sshazam!!- I suddenly remembered the box under the bed in my spare room that contains the puppet version of the Scissor Sisters (it's stored right next to the box that contains the real Scissor Sisters). My pal Jonny Puppets designed em' for me a couple years ago for some podcasts I was making. He designed and puppeteerd the muppet Alfie in Sarah Chatfield's Lilly Allen smash. So I dug out mini Ana and strapped her round my neck to shoot a test... The rest as they say is music history".
