London-based boutique production company The Banquet has partnered with Lee Fairweather and his music video representation agency, Leethal Reppin. Fairweather will represent The Banquet's directors for music videos, connecting them with artists, labels and commissioners.

The Banquet works across commercials, branded content and film, with a roster of directors chosen for their strong visual identity and the range to move between big-budget campaigns and more specialist, boutique projects.

Music has been central to The Banquet's creative DNA: the company's directors have earned international
recognition for their work, including a UKMVA nomination for Best Live Performance Video, a British Independent Film Award for Best Music Video, and multiple nominations at the Austin and Berlin Music Video Awards. Their work has also been recognised at prestigious international film festivals, including the Oscar-qualifying Edmonton International Film Festival.

The Banquet's music video portfolio includes collaborations with acclaimed artists such as Lola Young, Era Istrefi and Charlie Winston. Its roster features award-winning directors Lea Otovic, Ian Roderick Gray and Saorla Houston.

A four-time UKMVA nominee for Best Agency, Leethal Reppin is a curated representation agency working with production companies and individual directors. Prior to founding the company, Lee Fairweather was in-house at COMPULSORY, where he helped win career-defining projects for directors with Stormzy, Headie One, The 1975 and Arlo Parks and Beabadobee.

Since launching Leethal Reppin he has continued to build lasting pairings between directors and artists, working with the likes of Joy Crookes and PinkPantheress.The partnership brings The Banquet's directors Lea Otovic, Ian Roderick Gray, among others into Fairweather's network of artists and labels.
