Riff Raff has announced that Sarah O’Kane has joined the production company's London office as Head of Development and Special Projects.

Known for her sharp editorial eye and thoughtful, director-focused approach to development, O'Kane brings a clear vision on backing the right ideas and helping them reach their full potential. She previously worked as a creative director and EP at companies such as Channel 4, TCO London and Wavelength.

At Riff Raff, she will help nurture the company’s talent while exploring projects across the intersection of music, fashion, advertising and entertainment. Working closely with the company’s directors, she will play a key role in shaping ideas from their earliest stages. She will also will focus on developing creative opportunities for Riff Raff’s Nursery of Evil roster - Riff Raff’s young and emerging director incubator - which includes new signings Leve Kühl and Holly Hunter.
