After the success of the recently-released video for Camelphat and Nadia Ali's Endlessly, Caviar have officially announced the arrival of multi-faceted Norwegian creator David Vu to their directors' roster for commercial and music video representation in the UK and The Netherlands.

David Vu is a filmmaker, dancer, choreographer, creative director and videographer who has built a huge following on TikTok and Instagram, amassing to over half a million followers with his dance videos and streetwear inspiration.

While growing up in Oslo, Vu became fascinated by how dance can tell stories using only body movement and textural environments as a canvas. This early passion for dance has become the cornerstone of his directorial style. Combining the art of dance with cinematic storytelling, Vu is set to captivate audiences with a unique and immersive viewing experience.

Sorcha Shepherd, Managing Executive Producer of Caviar in London, says: “I discovered David scrolling through TikTok - a spec video he made for Little Simz's Gorilla caught my eye and I was immediately impressed by
the level of craft and personality. This started me down a rabbit hole of David’s TikTok page and I knew straight away that I was looking at a directing talent with serious potential.

"Having recently shot our first video together for CamelPhat, I can honestly say David’s attention to detail and planning in pre-production is next to none. Having amassed a large following on TikTok and IG with his self-made content, David has a unique understanding of social-first campaigns. We are all so excited about supporting him in bringing his directing visions to life.”
