Ndella Longley has become the new Head of Music Videos at London-based production company Hello Love. overseeing a director's roster featuring Spencer Young, Josh Thornton-Allan, Calum Lloyd-James and Christophe Dolcerocca.

Ndella started her journey at Hello Love as a production assistant, working on music videos with Young, Thornton-Allan and Lloyd-James, and on the company's output of commercials including the most recent campaign for the BBC Earth Experience, directed by Hello Love MD Philip Dupée. 

With a background as a musician and songwriter, this latest appointment to Head of Music Videos is rooted in her affinity for music. Ndella released a single as an artist in her own right back in 2016, and knows the industry from the music side as well as the commercial production side. It's this experience that drives her personal, integrated approach to working with artists and creatives. 

Ndella studied American Literature at Goldsmiths, with a focus on film, and continues to work freelance in production alongside taking on the development of music videos at Hello Love. She aims to platform talented emerging directors and creatives, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds, and looks forward to growing the Hello Love music video roster.
