Talent agency Loop Talent is returning as a partner of this year's UKMVAs - sponsoring the inaugural award for Best Director of Photography.

It is the second time that Loop have sponsored an award at the UK Music Video Awards - and also the second time that Loop have sponsored a brand new award. In 2021, as first-time sponsors, the agency sponsored Best Hair & Makeup In A Video. Now in 2022, Loop is sponsoring Best Director of Photography, a new Individual award that honours a body of work in music videos by a cinematographer over the course of the past year. 

Entry is now open to the Best Director of Photography award, together with 36 other categories covering technical achievement, video by music genre, and individual and company categories, via the UK Music Video Awards website.

Founded by experienced talent agent Lucy Price in 2020, Loop Talent is a specialist agency that represents Directors of Photography, Production Designers, Costume Designers, Hair & Make Up Designers for film, TV, commercials and music videos. Based in London, Loop works with global clients on projects worldwide.

This year's UKMVAs awards ceremony will take place for the first time at Magazine London on Thursday, on October 27th 2022.
