London-based production company Hello Love has announced the signing of Stella Belle Hex to the directors' roster, coinciding with the release of Belle Hex's new video for The Vaccines.

Stella Belle Hex is an award-winning visual artist and animator whose work spans across live installations, music promos and commercials. Her distinctive visual style has allowed her work for many different mediums, which includes numerous festivals, live events, music artists and installations. She's made work for the likes of Idles, Take That and Glastonbury, and her music video directing debut for The Vaccines' Headphones Baby (above), recently featured on Promonews, encapsulates her bold signature animation style.

"My interests lie curiously in animation and manipulating found materials to conjure surreal collages and social sculptures," explains Stella Belle Hex. "I like to cast shadows with light and play in immersive spaces. I like taking the familiar into the unfamiliar and to challenge the conventional. I have always been particularly fond of being creatively involved in the music environment, thriving on community spirit and collaboration."

Finn James, executive producer at Hello Love, adds: "We are beyond excited to work with Stella and see what she can bring into adland and music videos."
