Agile Films have announced the signing of Yoni Lappin to their director's roster for music videos and commercials, with his arrival coinciding with that of Sana Khan, who has joined the music team at the London-based company with a responsibility for creative strategy and partnerships.

Lappin, a London-based director and photographer, is officially joining the Agile roster, nearly ten years after making his first ever music video out of the Agile offices. Since then he has built an acclaimed body of work, renowned for displaying a combination of authenticity and cool, and collaborated with some of music's biggest names, including A$AP Rocky, Post Malone, Mura Masa and Usher.

In the past year he reunited with Mura Masa to direct two videos for the artist, including Deal Wiv It, featuring Slowthai. The video - featuring a slow motion shot of the rapper running headlong through a Belgrade neighbourhood - was nominated for Best UK Dance/Electronic UK video at this year's UKMVAs, and has a Vimeo Staff Pick.

Meanwhile, Sana Khan has joined the team at Agile to work on creative strategy and partnerships, having previously worked as an artist and project manager at Intermusica. Khan will be working closely with directors to further strengthen their portfolios, building closer relationships with labels and artists, and scouting and developing new talent.

Hayley Williams adds that the addition of Yoni Lappin to the roster and Khan to the Agile 'backroom' staff heralds the next chapter of creativity for the company. "The quality of Yoni’s work speaks for itself, we are thrilled to have him join the roster and to be developing more exciting projects with him," she says.
