Agile Films have announced two new signings to their music video directors' roster in London: Giraffe Studios and Brock Neal-Roberts.

Giraffe Studios (or Giraffe Studios Imagination Emporium, Los Angeles, to give its full title) is the brainchild of sisters and directing team Juliana and Nicky Giraffe. Their work in music videos includes promos for Devendra Banhart, Stella Donnelly, and most recently, for Sharon Von Etten's Beaten Down.

Off the wall humour, influenced by classic cinema and the surreal landscape of their home city informs their work. One of their first projects after dropping out of college in favour of practical experience was their short film El Camino Real, awarded Best Experimental Film in the Los Angeles Film Festival in 2014. 

Involved in all aspects of production, Giraffe Studios’ clients include JagJaguwar, Fender, Condé Nast, ATO, Epitaph/Anti, Fat Possum, and Domino Records. The sisters' also work together as professional clowns, and are currently working on a narrative film documenting Mime in America.

Brock Neal-Roberts has just completed his second video for Jelani Blackman, which is his first produced through Agile FIlms, and he has now officially joined the roster. 

Previously at Blink, London-based Neal-Roberts has also directed music videos for the likes of Mabel, Oscar Worldpeace and PD Liddle, as well as directing clients for clients such as Natwest and The Guardian.
