UK Music Video Awards 2018: five days left to enter - including 15 Best Video awards!
There are now just over five days left (from today, August 2nd) to enter work in most of the awards categories at the UK Music Video Awards 2018, the premiere awards show for music video creativity in Britain and beyond.
This includes fifteen Best Video awards, with each music genre – Pop, Dance, Indie/Rock, Alternative and Urban – each offering three awards: one for UK, International and Newcomer videos. Here are all the Best Video categories:

Each video can only be entered into one of the above categories. A UK award is given to a video for a UK artist, an International award is given to a video for a non-UK artist, and a Newcomer award is given to a video for either a UK or International artist made for a budget under GB£6,000 (or non-sterling equivalent), and are all categories designed to recognise newcomer directing talent.
Each video has to be have been completed and delivered to the commissioning company between the dates of August 1st 2017 and July 31st 2018.

Then go to the enter now page of the website to enter a video in any of these categories, or in the Technical Achievement, Interactive, Live, Individual and Company categories. The final entry deadline to enter work is next Tuesday, August 7th at midnight BST.
The first round of judging for this year’s MVAs begins approximately a week after the entry deadline – invitations to Jury Members to participate in the online judging round on the MVA judging platform have been sent out in the past few days.
