Kyle Lewis, one of the top music video directors in South Africa, has joined Black Dog in London for representation.

Lewis’s visually imaginative work with the likes of Cassper Nyovest, Khuli Chana, Nasty C and Ricky Rick has racked up millions of views on YouTube and made him a household name in the South African music video scene. He has been nominated for Best Music Video at the South African Music Awards three years running, winning in 2014. Lewis also won a Silver Loeire in 2016 – the highest accolade awarded for music video in South Africa that year.

In 2016, he directed half of the Best Music Video nominees at the South African Hip Hop Awards; and was nominated for a MTV Africa Music Award. In 2017, Kyle was nominated for a Metro FM Award. And having made his name in music videos, he has now transitioned seamlessly into brand films, where his instinct and flair for African youth culture has been in demand with everyone from Absolute to Nike to Volkswagen.
